Made4ChangeRaleigh Park After School Care Association (“we,” “the desk”) publishes the Made4Change workspace at made4change.net. This policy explains what we collect on the public site and in a room, why we use it, and how to reach us. The office is at 3670 SW 78th Ave, Portland, OR 97225.
1. Information you give us
Forms on this site ask for a name, work email, organization, phone number, a preferred day, and the text of your message. A room later holds briefs, step owners, notices, and the log your organization writes. Sign-in on the marketing site asks only for a work email so we can send a one-time link. We do not ask you to store a password on this website.
2. Information collected automatically
Our servers may record IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the time of a visit, and the referring address. If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, those tools may receive similar technical data. See the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use information
We use it to answer the desk, open or bill a room, send a sign-in link, produce model drafts for that organization, keep the service running, measure whether a page is useful, understand advertising results, and meet tax and legal duties. Brief text is processed to draft that organization’s brief, lane, and notice. We do not sell brief text, and we do not use one organization’s briefs to fill another organization’s room. We do not publish room contents on this marketing site.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with vendors that host the site, deliver email, or process a payment; with Google if you allow analytics or ads cookies; with a professional advisor under a duty of confidence; with a successor if the desk is transferred; and with authorities when the law requires it.
5. Cookies
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in the banner. You can reopen that choice from the footer link “Cookie choices.”
6. Oregon and California requests
If you live in Oregon or California, you may ask us to confirm the personal information we hold, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to records we must keep for billing, security, or law. You may also opt out of sale or sharing as those laws define the words. We do not sell personal information for money. Send the request to privacy@made4change.net or by mail to the Portland address. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. An authorized agent may write for a California resident if the agent shows permission.
7. GDPR, where it applies
If the GDPR applies to you, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. The contact is privacy@made4change.net. Our legal bases are steps you ask us to take before a contract, the contract itself, legitimate interests in running and protecting the desk, and consent for non-essential cookies.
8. Retention
We keep a sales message as long as we need it to reply and for a short archive after that. Billing records stay for the period tax rules require. Room content stays while the organization keeps the room, then is deleted or de-identified on a reasonable schedule unless a dispute or a law says otherwise.
9. Security
The public site is meant to be served over HTTPS. Access to a room is limited to invited seats. No method of sending or storing information is perfect.
10. Children
The desk is for organizational users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these pages. If you believe a child submitted a form, email privacy@made4change.net and we will delete it.
11. International processing
We are in the United States. Vendors may process information in the United States or in other countries where they operate.
12. Changes
When this page changes in a material way, we update the date at the top. The current text is the one on this URL.
